  1. Hi Douglas, I agree with all of the above and would add frequency, consistency and knowing where and when to reach your audience. Plus vary the type of content. Audio, video, infographics and text. Plus share other people’s content, so you get shared too 🙂

Bloggers may also be entrepreneurs and therefore interested in meeting other business people at events, conferences, seminars, hangouts (ok, that would be social media again) or else, but I would not underestimate personal contacts.
