YouTube Films YouTube Launches Full Length Movie SectionYouTube today launches “Films”, a new dedicated full-length movie section that allows you to watch mainstream releases and classics. It also offers Bollywood hits. We have learned that agreements have been reached with Sony Pictures in the US, Lionsgate, MGM and UK movie service, Blinkbox to make this possible.

With its dedicated YouTube URL, “Films” currently has a catalog of over 400 full-length movies including a number of independent movie projects available on-demand for free.

    Dan, you’re spot on. An average time of an hour or more is my initial projection. Youtube is ultimately aiming for the #1 website on the internet, beating its parent company Google.

    Thank goodness, I dont have to watch them in parts, that’s one of my pet peeves when I watch something that runs for more than an hour at Youtube, that and my affinity with buffering mishaps.
